Susanne Schaller spent two days (15th to 16th January) at the Revolutionizing Next-Generation Sequencing: Tools and Technologies Meeting in Leuven, Belgiumwhere she presented a poster on ImmunExplorer, a software suite for analyzing B and T cell receptor NGS data. 

In the focus of the Revolutionizing Next-Generation Sequencing meeting are emerging tools and approaches for population scale sequencing, sample preparation, next-generation sequencing platforms, single cell genomics, epigenetics, next-generation transcriptomics, and bioinformatics.
