We are happy to announce that the software suite ImmunExplorer (IMEX) for analyzing IMGT HighV-QUEST B or T cell receptor NGS based data is now online.

The software uses preprocessed next-generation high-throughput and deep sequencing data from human B and T cell receptors derived from the international ImmunoGeneTics information system.

The software is developed by researchers of the Bioinformatics Research Group at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Hagenberg Campus and researchers of the Immunogenetics Department at the Red Cross Transfusion Center in Linz.
