We are proud to announce that our paper "ImmunExplorer (IMEX): A Software Framework for Diversity and Clonality Analyses of Immunoglobulins and T Cell Receptors on The Basis of IMGT/HighV-QUEST Preprocessed NGS Data" has been published in BMC Bioinformatics. The paper was written in close cooperation with our colleagues from the Red Blood Transfusion Center (Johannes Weinberger, Raul Jimenez-Hredia, Martin Danzer, Prim. Christian Gabriel) and the University of Vienna (Prim. Rainer Oberbauer). In this paper, we present the software ImmunExplorer for analyzing human adaptive immune systems based on B and T cell receptor repertoires from NGS data.
