Our colleagues Sebastian, Viki, and Stephan are happy to announce that the publication on our MS Ana Library Search Engine (https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jproteome.2c00658) is now available in the Journal of Proteome Research 2023 Special Issue on Software Tools and Resources! MS Ana can identify peptide and proteins from mass spectrometry data with high specificity using spectral library search. For this article we validated the performance of MS Ana for a variety of configurations including the use of fully predicted spectral libraries.
