We are very happy to announce that we have been granted funding of our FWF project entitled „New enrichable cross-linkers and data analysis algorithms for system-wide protein-protein interaction analysis by mass spectrometry” together with the Protein Chemistry Group of Karl Mechtler at the IMP, Vienna, and the Department of Organic Chemistry headed by Nuno Maulide at the University of Vienna. In the next three years we will develop algorithms that can handle mass spectrometry data containing cross-linked peptides and identify the peptides therein, which we are very much looking forward to.
