We are sad to announce that Elias has left the Bioinformatics research group.

Elias did his master's internship in the bioinformatics research group. His main work was in the area of image analysis where he developed software for the identification of oligomers in atomic force microscopy (AFM) videos. He was also involved in the implementation of several proteomics-related projects, including one for the visualisation of cross-links.
