Throughout the past month members of the Bioinformatics Research Group have been busy travelling to various conferences and presenting our projects!

Stephan traveled to Chicago to attend the 26th Conference on Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology (ISMB 2018).

Viktoria, Sebastian, and Stephan went to Vienna for the 2018 EuPA School on Practical Proteomics organized by our partners at the IMP and IMBA. Viktoria and Sebastian held talks to present the free Proteome Discoverer software nodes developed by the FH Upper Austria and IMP Vienna, including our MS database search engine MS Amanda and our spectral library search engine MS Ana.
