The Austrian Proteomics and Metabolomics Research Symposium (APRS 2017) took place in Graz from September 6th to 8th. Two of our bioinformatics members, namely Viktoria and Sebastian, attended this conference.
Sebastian held a very interesting talk about "Comparing true and estimated false discovery rates in spectral library search" and Viktoria was session chair for the "Data analysis & integration" workshop.
Both enjoyed this conference and had interesting discussions with lots of our friends and proteomincs research partners.
