Spheroid Research Collaboration results in new publication

We collaborated with the Medical University of Vienna on a paper titled "Evolutionary Grid Optimization and Deep Learning for Improved In Vitro Cellular Spheroid Localization," published in MDPI. This paper is in collaboration with the bioinformatics research group (Jonas Schurr, Hannah Janout, Andreas Haghofer, Stephan Winkler), Johannes Kepler University (Josef Scharinger), Medical University of Vienna (Marian Fürsatz and Sylvia Nürnberger ) with focus on applicability of evolutionary networks in combination with an evolution strategy to improve segmentation in engraved petri dishes.
