New Paper in Journal of Proteome Research
We proudly announce that our paper "MS2Rescore 3.0 Is a Modular, Flexible, and User-Friendly Platform to Boost Peptide Identifications, as Showcased with MS Amanda 3.0" was recently published in the Journal of Proteome Research. The publication will be featured in the special issue of Journal of Proteome Research “Women in Proteomics and Metabolomics”.
This publication is the result of a collaboration between the Bioinformatics Research Group and the CompOmic Group at Ghent University in Belgium. Here we present new and improved versions of MS2Rescore and MS Amanda. We demonstrate how the new modular design makes it easy to integrate new feature generation and rescoring engine modules and how the newly added HTML QC reports offer a view into the performance of the used prediction models. Additionally, we show how MS Amanda 3.0 in connected with MS2Rescore 3.0 increases the number of identified spectra for a single-cell proteomics data set.
Thanks again to the team of CompOmics for the great collaboration!
