Module: Wild-type correction

IMPI allows an additional correction step if there is a wild-type sample provided (AF should correspond 100% to the reference).

In case of commonly seen lower Phred quality scores in reverse reads and paired-end read overlap regions using the wild-type correction enables the measured AF to be adjusted.
