Module: Cross-sample contamination analysis¶

IMPI has integrated a method for cross-sample contamination analysis. If several samples have been prepared and sequenced together and unique molecular identifiers (UMIs) have been used, IMPI can be used to identify possible cross-sample contamination.

Therefore, IMPI requires a batch of pre-processed files using IMPIs’ preprocessing method and compares the UMIs of all reads of the samples. An interactive heatmap and Venn diagrams are provided.
