The EuBIC Winter School on proteomics bioinformatics sponsored by the European Proteomics Asscociation (EuPA) will take place between 10th and 13th of January in Semmering, Austria. It is organized by the European Bioinformatics Community (EuBIC), an initiative of EuPA for user-oriented bioinformatics.

The winter school will start with an educational day dedicated to workshops and trainings in established proteomics tools and workflows. In addition, a dedicated hackathon will be organized, where bioinformaticians will be invited to improve their programming skills and methods together in an open, constructive, and productive atmosphere.

Registration is open until November 30th, 2016 and abstracts can be submitted until Thursday, September 15th, 2016.
