This week our colleagues Birgit and Michael are attending the 61st Annual Meeting of the Biophysical Society in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference is mainly focused on life sciences, physics, and computational biology and brings together nearly 7,000 leading scientists from all over the world.
Birgit and Michael will present their work done within the Thrombotherm project, which is a collaboration of FH Upper Austria (RG Medical Engineering and RG Bioinformatics), the Red Cross Transfusion Service Upper Austria, and Catalysts. In detail, they will talk about the developed online-system for platelet viability studies.
