We are very happy to announce that last year's and this year's winners of the OCG Incentive Award FH are related to our research group. The OCG Incentive Award FH is awarded annually for excellent achievements in the field of informatics and business informatics by the Austrian Computer Society (OCG). In 2015, Lisa Obritzberger, a former colleague of our research group was awarded for her work within NanoDetect on identifying cornea cell shapes and predicting stem cell mineralization. This year, Rene Draschwandtner won the price. Rene was supervised by the head of our research group, Stephan Winkler, while he was working at the BEACON institute, Michigan State University on "Evolving Aquatic Robots for Payload Transportation".
