Viktoria Dorfer at the American Society for Mass Spectrometry Conference

Viktoria Dorfer spent five days at the 61st  ASMS conference in Minneapolis (Minnesota, United States) where she presented MS Amanda, a novel scoring system especially designed for identifying peptides in high accuracy mass spectrometry data.

ASMS sponsers the Annual Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics that is attended by more than 6000 scientists. Around 3000 papers were presented as posters and talks, including Viktoria.
