Three new papers published

We are very happy to announce the the Proteomics subunit was able to publish three new papers in the last weeks.

In the paper "MS Annika: A New Cross-Linking Search Engine" we introduce a new software algorithm, MS Annika, that has been designed to identify cleavable cross-linkers in MS 2 spectra. More information can be found here: doi.org/10.1021/acs.jproteome.0c01000

In our paper "MS Amanda 2.0: Advancements of the Standalone Implementation", the improvements and enhancements of our search engine MS Amanda are presented. This publication can be found here: doi.org/10.1002/rcm.9088
