Over the last years, our colleagues at the Center for Food Technology and Nutrition at FH OÖ, Wels have gathered and analyzed data of 16 varieties of apples harvested in Austria. We also analyzed these data using statistics and machine learning, in order to identify putative correlations with weather conditions during ripening.
