Some weeks ago, our colleague Viktoria Dorfer headed off to Seattle, where she is now guest researcher at the University of Washington. She is there working with Prof. Michael MacCoss and his colleagues at the Department of Genome Sciences. Prof. MacCoss and his group are renowned in the proteomics community, especially for the development of the data analysis framework Skyline and the Panorama repository.
