We are proud to announce that our paper "Next generation sequencing based assessment of the alloreactive T cell receptor repertoire in kidney transplant patients during rejection: a prospective cohort study" has been accepted for publication in BMC Nephrology.

The work described in this paper was done in close cooperation with our colleagues at the Division of Nephrology and Dialysis at Medical University Vienna within the research project "NGS based assessment of peripheral donor reactive T cell repertoire to predict acute allograft rejection" financed by the Jubiläumsfonds of the Austrian National Bank.
